Local Shelters & Rescue Organizations
Shelters are a wonderful place to find a new best friend.
Older pets often do not need the training a puppy or kitten
requires and become just as closely bonded, if not more so, than
young pets. If you are looking for a new pet, or trying to
locate a lost one, we highly recommend starting with one of the
following:
Petfinder.com is the Internet resource to
search your local shelters and rescue groups for a new pet to
adopt.
